If you don’t have anything nice to say about the trans movement these days… come sit next to me.
I took that exact energy and turned it into a song — and I just sang the hell out of it myself.
It kicked off from my GIF reply, that flat “…and?” stare, aimed at the House Democrats who torpedoed the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum bill simply because it defined women as adult human females. The usual crowd cried “hate.” I called it what it is.
So I wrote Come Sit Next To Me, recorded the vocals in Logic Pro, and let it loose. Raw, defiant, and unapologetic. This one’s for everyone fed up with the slogans, the gaslighting, and the demand that we all play along with ideological fiction.
The song calls out the erasure of biological reality, the reckless medicalization of kids, the destruction of women’s spaces and fair sports, and the cowardice of pretending sex is a feeling. It’s clear-eyed: we can treat people with dysphoria with basic dignity without rewriting chromosomes, erasing sex-based rights, or ignoring the Cass Review and the mountain of detransition and regret stories.
I sang it. I stand by every word. And if you’re tired of watching institutions bow to this madness, the stool next to me is open.
Come Sit Next To Me.
Today’s audio seed (the vocals were added later).
