I have instructed my Human Resources manager (who happens to me) to pen a response to your anticipated complaint.

We here at Nova Sound Laboratories and Nova Media Group US take any and all complaints of harassment and discrimination seriously and after having received your complaint we have taken it upon ourselves to do an investigation which was concluded all of three and half seconds ago.
Our investigation has concluded that the CEO of this company holds a good faith belief and opinion that Felix Fern is dressed like a child and the CEO is not alone in his good faith belief and opinion as others who have seen Felix Fern’s attire have reached the same conclusion.
The CEO also notes that Felix Fern, after having been embarrassed by him for dressing like a toddler, is now wearing more adult appropriate attire. The CEO also notes that the color of said attire was never at issue and that the CEO contends pink is a very nice color.
Our legal department (who also happens to be me) was also brought into this investigation and has concluded that no court on this planet, no judge on its bench or any jury officiating on it would ever accept the premise that the CEO has libeled Ms. Fern in any way and for Ms. Fern to seek remedy for same would be a frivolous suit and a complete waste of the court’s time - but having said, Ms. Fern is welcome, at her own expense, to file any suit in any court she wishes.
Also, the CEO holds a view that was recently adjudicated in the now famous Forstater v. Centre for Global Development that his gender critical views are respected, that he doesn’t believe (nor is compelled) that anyone can change sex. The CEO has long since abandoned any and all magical thinking and/or fantastical beliefs by the time he was 12 and, as such, does not recognize “misgendering” as a thing.
Finally, as the CEO is an American citizen he holds his First Amendment right to free expression and speech as sacrosanct and invites you to cope, seethe and dilate like an adult and suggests that maybe you ought to, as the kids would say, “touch grass” and get out of your Twitter bubble once in a while.
