Two Outrages For The Price Of One
An Adult Male Is Sentenced To A Juvenile Female Facility While The Loudoun County Rapist Doesn't Have To Register As A Sex Offender (Even Though He Totally Is A Sex Offender)
It’s been a bumper crop week for all thing trans rights activism in the news as of late.
First, to California where I swear our legal system has gone completely off the rails.
This is James Tubbs, 26 years old.
Back in 2014, James entered a women’s bathroom in a Denny’s where he promptly grabbed a 10 year old girl by the throat, pushed her into a stall where he locked her in and proceeded to put his hand down her pants.
The thing is James was 17 at the time he committed this crime, was very much male and what should come as no surprise to the readers of this fine newsletter was that once the law caught up with him in Idaho (where he had eventually fled California to) he started identifying as female.
We are all supposed to believe that he suddenly came down with gender dysphoria despite not ever having had gender dysphoria.
It gets worse.
District Attorney George Gascon declined to prosecute Tubbs as an adult and because Gascon doesn’t want to prosecute Tubbs as an adult and, additionally, that Tubbs is now identifying as female Tubbs has been sentenced to two years in the female segregated section of a juvenile facility.
In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females.
Two years is the maximum sentence for any juvenile in the new program over the age of 25, according to Deputy District Attorney Shea Sanna.
Tubbs was not linked to the case until 2019. His DNA was entered into a database that year following an arrest on suspicion of battery in Idaho. Prosecutors filed charges against him for the 2014 assault case in 2020, not long after Gascon took office.
Tubbs has previously been arrested for battery, drug possession and probation violations in Idaho and Washington.
Tubbs also has a pending misdemeanor case in Washington and was also accused of sexually assaulting a minor in Kern County, California, but the case did not get prosecuted, according to the LA Times. Tubbs might also qualify as "developmentally disabled" and has multiple mental illnesses, the paper reported.
Yet he’s sane and smart enough to know how to game the system by identifying as trans.
The sentencing sparked criticism of Gascon, who had vowed to "immediately stop prosecuting children as adults." Gascon has cited studies showing brain development isn't complete until a person is 25 and contends juvenile detention can rehabilitate young offenders.
The most notable rebuke came from Kathryn Barger, chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, who called the outcome of the case "unsatisfactory" in a statement Thursday.
"Judge Barrera’s hands were tied today – due to the fact that the DA’s office failed to file a motion to transfer Tubbs to adult criminal court, which is where she rightly belongs," Barger said. "Instead, we’re left with a 26-year-old individual sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility in isolation, separated by sight and sound from the other juveniles."
The reader will notice that Ms. Barger is using feminine pronouns referring to Tubbs.
Meanwhile in Loudoun County, Virginia, the young man known as The Boy In The Skirt who brutally sodomized a girl in a girl’s bathroom at a local high school that the teachers and school board conspired and colluded to cover up because they care more about the feelings of trans people than they do actual rape victims is not required to register a sex offender.
The unidentified male student previously pled 'no contest' after he was found guilty on two counts of sodomy for an assault in May at Stone Bridge High School and another in October at Broad Run High School.
He was placed on probation by Judge Pamela Brooks on January 12 and has since remained in custody at the juvenile rehabilitation center.
The boy was initially meant to be placed on the adult sex offender registry before his attorney intervened claiming that prosecution did not submit a motion requesting it.
Following the hearing, Brooks agreed to drop the registration request on the grounds that her ruling could change depending on if any major developments happen prior to the boy's release.
Over the course of the ruling, Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj had argued that putting the boy on the sex offender registry list “would keep him safe — he’d know where he can go and cannot go, and also keep the community safe.”
She also argued that despite the boy's age she could now rest the decision based on mental “immaturity.”
In response, the defense argued that the prosecution did not file a motion for the boy to be placed on the registry list prior to the former ruling.
Brooks agreed but offered the prosecution to file their own written motion to continue arguing for the sex offender registration.
The boy's lawyers and probation officer opposed the registration as they believed he was still considered to be too young.
Jason Bickmore, the probation officer, said that registering the boy would only provide a higher risk of him committing similar offenses down the line as evidence with past cases.
First of all, if the boy had consensual sexual encounters with this girl previously, his reaction to his alleged lover saying “no, I’m not in the mood,” proves that he’s too immature to have a sexual relationship at that age, even with children his own age. He obviously couldn’t comprehend the fact that people have the right to say “no” for any reason whatsoever.
The other trick the mainstream media has pulled is mentioning that the girl and her assailant previously had consensual sex in the bathroom, and that the last time wasn’t consensual. In order to downplay the rape that had happened. It was allegedly consensual before, so it can’t be that bad now?
Even if this were true that it was all consensual before it doesn’t minimize or diminish the seriousness of it all now.
And it doesn’t even address the question: WHY THE EVERLOVING FUCK WERE SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS HAPPENING IN THE BATHROOM AT ALL?!?
Seriously, sex in public restrooms is some serious hentai shit. How much pornography does a person even have to consume to believe that it’s even remotely acceptable to have sex in a public restroom? No seriously, that’s something straight out of a hentai. It’s not OK when adults have sex in a public restroom, how is it OK when kids do it?
It honestly boggles the mind that more people didn’t pick up on this: if the Boy In The Skirt had consensual sex with girls in the bathroom in the past, not only does it not make things better, it makes things worse and for this he MOST DEFINITELY belongs on a sex offenders list.
