When I am not otherwise writing about all things Trans Rights Activists, I am a musician in a life outside bringing you all this fine Substack - and I’d like to think I’m pretty good at it.
So good, in fact, I have done music for another Substack podcast over at The Distance, another fine publication with contributing authors such as the great Donovan Cleckley, Canada’s Preeminent Lesbian Eva Kurilova, and - as always - my Most Excellent Friend, Matt Osborne.
Anyway, the reason I’m telling you this, My Lovely Readers, is that I have a single out on iTunes as well as all the other streaming platforms you may or may not be using in your life called “Shifting Tides”.
And this is where you come in.
We all know the stories about how the entertainment industry is full of wokesters who rah-rah for transgenderism, even so far as getting one famous musician in so much hot water she was forced to apologize for simply acknowledging biological reality.
Which gave me an idea: we need to send the entertainment industry a message, a message that men in dresses are men in dresses, that lopping genitals off of kids isn’t cool and neither is putting them on a lifelong path to medicalization which is all but guaranteed to shorten their lifespans.
What I’m basically asking you to do is nothing you already aren’t doing: supporting gender critical artists.
Here is my pledge to you:
I will never, ever say that transwomen are women - even if you squint at them.
I will never use preferred pronouns on anyone who demands I do, nor will I use preferred pronouns on anyone who doesn’t - I will always tell the truth, media pundits be damned.
I will never dismiss the evidence of my own eyes - if I see a man in a dress, I’m calling it the way I see it.
I will always call out anyone who believes in “trans kids”.
We need to start making biological reality cool again. We need to always tell the truth, to push back on the narrative that is currently being peddled, the one where we’re supposed to bend a knee in the presence of LadyDique, that men with ladyfeels belong in women’s sports or prisons, that men can be women of any sort and we need to declare loudly that not only is the Emperor naked, he’s wagging his penis in everyone’s face.
We need to create a critical mass that pushes back on the trans agenda and the only way we can achieve this is to make gender critical beliefs mainstream.
And we do that by supporting gender critical artists like me.
So, if it’s not too much bother, tell EVERYONE about me. Share this song, buy my single on iTunes (just search for William A Ferguson or Shifting Tides) and play the hell out of it that we start getting the rest of the world’s attention.
And share this Substack with them.
And, yeah, I might make a buttload of money in the process because every time you play my song on any streaming service or buy a single from iTunes and other online platform that sell my music I get a piece of that, but that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make. 😉
I’ve taken this as far as it go, it’s all down to you My Lovely Readers.
Go forth and show the world that biological reality is cool.
